Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. If there is any significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers in the United States and selected international locations. Available shipping options and delivery availability may vary depending on your shipping address.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $32.

For orders under $32, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time starts after your order has been processed and shipped.

  • United States standard shipping: 7-20 business days
  • Selected international locations: 10-25 business days

Shipping method names shown at checkout follow these same delivery estimates unless a different timeframe is clearly stated during checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.

Please allow 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update after the package has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at help@gedrisms.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or dispatched.

Gedrisms is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be missing, please contact us at help@gedrisms.com with your order number.

We will help check the shipment status and work with the carrier when possible. If the package is confirmed lost due to a shipping issue, we will assist you with a suitable solution according to our store policies.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country or region.
