Return & Refund Policy – Gedrisms
Thank you for shopping with Gedrisms. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Be in its original condition
- Have original tags and packaging, if applicable
- Be free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
2. How to Start a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- The item you would like to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item if damaged, defective, or incorrect
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted. Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
3. Return Shipping Cost
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items caused by our error: We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.
- Returns due to personal reasons (wrong size, change of mind, unwanted item, or incorrect address provided by the customer): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact help@gedrisms.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
5. Exchanges
For exchanges of size or color, contact help@gedrisms.com.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or alternative solution.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original tags or packaging, if applicable
- Final sale items clearly marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items returned without prior approval
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
8. Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact help@gedrisms.com as soon as possible.
- Orders not yet processed or shipped: We will do our best to cancel.
- Orders already processed or shipped: Cancellation may no longer be possible.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Gedrisms is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if the package is returned due to an address issue.
